Off I go to felting camp!

Wooohooo! :)
For 13 years this camp is the top event of my summer!I was there for the first time very young with my friend, fell in love with wet felting and after 13 years we are teaching the kids in the same camp. :) I love it,it feels like going home.
We had a stressy situation this week, there where not enough kids for the camp, but after a few hours of message sending and a bunch of phone calls I managed to pull together enough kids. The advertisement was practically nothing, apart from a few newspaper writings. We learned from our mistakes, next year Im starting a month earlier with newspapers, radio advertising, fliers and schools.
Its a small camp in the back yard of a church, mostly there are 25-3O kids there, sleeping in tenths.
Its not just wet felting we teach, every day there are extra classes of crafting. This year there will be batik dying, polymer clay jewelry making, paper bead making, origami folding and many more.Oh I cant wait!

Here are some pictures from last years camp:

Oh and all week the kids are in groups and playing games,so on the end of the camp there is an exhibition of their work and after the dance and small show the kids put together for their parents the group who collected the most points gets a prize.
The kids love it!(so do I,but sshh...I can be such a kid when it comes to camps)

We receive a great news the other day, that a traveling theater will be in town,so we are going to take the kids to see the show. :)

Im leaving tomorrow so I need to pack my bags!
See you all in a week! :)

-Recipe- Choco Cornflakes Bites

So here is my how to on my Choco Cornflakes Bites! Its a yummy treat that the whole family will love!
You can make it with your kids, they will love it.But I warn you,it can make a big mess in the kitchen! :)
The amount will be enough for 25 pieces, but you can easily change and variate it.
1.Melt two bars of milk chocolate with a coffee spoon of oil on steam.
Photobucket
2.Prepare your cornflakes. You will see the amount you need,I used half of that box for it.You can add walnuts, chess nuts, seeds in this step, but its yummy without them too.
Photobucket
3.Mix the cornflakes with the melted chocolate.
Photobucket
4.Get out your muffin or cupcake papers. If you dont have any at home, just put them on baking paper.
Photobucket
5.With help of a spoon fill up the paper cups.

6.Put in fridge for 3O minutes and enjoy! :)

Hope you like it!

My poor little abandoned blog...

...here I am! :)
Wow,I left my blog alone for a long time!I started to work a week ago on the fields and it sucked all my energy and time away.We where cutting weed on soy fields, which is exhausting as it is,but I had to do work at home too,and on my free weekend we visited a festival near by for two days. The bands and concerts where boring but we where sleeping at my friends allotment and had a great time there.

Work was no fun,but I need the money.I got a bad sunburn on my face, chest and hands so I needed to put yogurt on it all day(which smelled awful) but now I lost some weight,I have great condition,a beautiful tan and money! :)

Also I got an awesome package the other day (great timing,I was unmotivated and tired after work) from Melissa!Check out all the awesome earrings:
